What this website is

This is a gateway page. The two buttons on it take you to separate Stable Rise websites, each of which publishes its own privacy policy, and this one stops at the point you leave. Read the policy on the site you arrive at for what happens to your information there.

What this website collects

There is one place on this website where you can give us personal information: the newsletter box in the footer. If you use it, we collect the email address you type in, and nothing else. We do not ask for your name and there is no other form on this page.

If you write to us or call us using the details in the footer, we will hold whatever you choose to tell us for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

This website is built and hosted on Webflow. Webflow sets a small number of cookies that are necessary for the page and its forms to work, and keeps standard server logs recording things such as your IP address, your browser and the time of your visit. We do not run advertising cookies here and we do not build a profile of you from your visit.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can set yours to refuse them, though parts of this site may then stop working.

Why we are allowed to hold it

If you subscribe, we rely on your consent, which you gave by typing your address in and sending it. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop. For the server logs and the necessary cookies we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep a subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and we review the list from time to time to remove addresses that have gone quiet. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then overwritten.

Who else sees it

Your address is stored inside Webflow, the platform this site is built on, and is visible to the people at Stable Rise who send the newsletter. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it is held

Webflow stores form submissions on servers in the United States. Transfers of personal data out of the United Kingdom are made under the safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, including standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it, or object to the way we are using it. Write to us using the details below and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you came to us first so that we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. This version replaces anything published here before it.
